We continued our discussion of controlling tonality in our photographs using the Zone System. We looked at camera functions used to control exposure including histograms, flashing highlights, and exposure compensation.

Please experiment with your camera's exposure functions. Use the exposure compensation + and - features to increase your exposure and evaluate test shots using the histogram and flashing highlight clipping monitor. Bring photos next time (July 12).
